LEO KOESTEN
Author of radio dramas, screenwriter was born on May 26, 1945. He divided his life between teaching – he was, in particular, professor of German and communications at the University of Versailles.
Associate professor of German, author and screenwriter, he has written around a hundred plays for German radio and around thirty for the series “Au Fil de l’histoire” and “Nuits Noires” on France Inter. Two of the documentaries he made for German television were awarded the Franco-German Journalism Prize, the first dedicated to the painter Max Ernst, the second to the composer Olivier Messiaen. Furthermore, he was co-author of numerous French learning manuals intended for German high school students, high school students for whom he also wrote short novels, including "Enigme à Versailles", "L'Ecole du Labrador"; or yes ! Chief ! » his latest work “Blind! And So?” published by L'Harmattan. In 2019, he met the Magma Théâtre Company which commissioned him for “Anne and Jack: Pirate Profession”.
